| Minutes of Meeting | MOM of online google meeting: 1. President Rtn Vivek, Secretary Rtn Snehal, Treasurer Rtn Dixit Ji, Rtn Nipun, Rtn Vaaibhav, Rtn Pooja attended the online google meet. 2. We discussed about Blood Donation Drive. Nipun to come up with message with picture and send it to all Rotarians, so that it can be forwarded to various society in and around Lodha. Even outsiders can participate in this drive. 3. Rtn Dixit Ji updated about bank account. 4. New members (and even existing members) should attend the membership drive on 25th August 5. New members and/or existing members to login on Rotary.Org as well as download 3131 app and login. 6. Plantation drive is considered in Sept 2024. Dates will be finalized soon. Firstly, we initiate the drive in Lodha at the space in each Society. 7. Trust formation (Section 8 Co.) was discussed, and further information will be taken from CS and other clubs. 8. Blank letterhead document sent to Rtn Dixit Ji so that he can write the resolution for Audit of accounts for RY 2023-24. Plan is to get the audit done before OCV visit of AG/DG 9. Introduction provided by new member Rtn Vaaibhav as well as Rtn Pooja (She will be doing GHAR VAPASI as a Rotarian). The entire team welcomed them. |
