Following members were present :
Prez Parag, Secr Devdatta, PN Prasad, IPP Girish, PP Aparna, PP Dileep, PP Satyajit,

Guests : Ajit, Narendra, Makarand
1) Prez Parag called the meeting to order
2) The minutes of last meeting were reviewed.
3) Club. Admin : PN Rtn Prasad Kumbhojkar
a) Dates of Club Assembly (3 rd Oct), AG visit (14 th Nov) and DG visit (28 th Nov)
were finalized.
b) Tentative Program schedule for next two months October and November was
shared
c) The Monsoon trip Assimilation was planned but will be considered based on the
presence.
d) Special Programs of Kojagiri (17 th Oct) and Diwali (24 th Oct) are under planning.
e) Preparation of yearly calendar for fixed activities / events –> on going
4) Projects Non-Medical:
a) Updates on the present status of the Global grant Project
i) Toilets at A V Athavale school Nasarapur and Z P school Wada Shivapur
would be completed by 25 th Sept and then we can plan the inauguration
thereafter.
ii) Nasarapur Primary school toilet budget of 5.19K + GST is sanctioned.
iii) Ideas for the forthcoming GG projects – TBD
b) RCC : Idea of Bharati Hospital doctors and paramedical staff was discussed.
However Satyajit suggested that forming an RCC with Green school teachers
would be more beneficial. The same was decided to consider.
c) Urban forest – Visit NGO projects and discuss with them – (Anandvan,
Kondhwa) – No Progress reported yet because of feasibility evaluation in
progress.
d) Ayurvedic plantation proposal by Bharati Hospital – No Progress
e) Water Reservoir at Purandar (Dr Jagtap) – To be planned
f) E-Learning kit
i) Inauguration at ZP School Katkarwadi, Tal Kalyan, Dist Thane. – to be
scheduled.
ii) New Kits available for booking – To be evaluated.
g) Rickshaw hood PI project – Makarand Kulkarni explained the status and plans.
i) The cick-off date of the project to be decided.
ii) The charges of 1000/- for club’s internal and 1,500/- for external sponsorer
were unanimously decided.
iii) 4 club members, Makarand, Vibhas, Devdatta, Sanjeev Kulkarni and
Khedekar offered to sponsor total 40 rickshaws
h) Green School – Internal program was explained by Vibhas and Girish. For this
initially five schools were decided to be considered. The members were
assigned to initiate discussions with them.
i) Vimalabai Garware school (MES)
ii) Maharshi Karve school
iii) Abhinav school
iv) Millenium school
v) Ramanbaug school
i) Garden waste pallets – Lead Satyajit – Suvarna tai Gokhale – Under
consideration of their techno-commercial offer.
j) Studying the status of earlier supplied e-Learning Kits and Updating them. –
Vibhas would be assigning a team lead for this project.
5) Projects Medical:
a) Blood donation camp with AFMC date 19 th Oct 2014 –Finalised. The banner
would be released in advance for promotion.
b) Scheduling for the weekly visit of the medical checkup Van – under review.
c) Discussions on Kotak CSR available - Need to search new project to be decided
d) Tarachand hospital requirements – cancelled
e) Seva-bhavan Dialysis center – medial consumables supply – to be reviewed
f) PHC at Kasurdi, - Bharati Hospital Proposal to build the pending work has been
primarily rejected by BOD as there is very little work left.
g) Making our Van available for Velhe area for anemia checkup camps by other
clubs – No updates.

b) Charudatta Bhave gave his contribution cheque to PP Satyajit and Prez Parag.
8) New Generation (Youth):
a) New Interact club at Modern Highschool: Installation is planned on 20 th
September, at 3:30 pm –The charter and pin have already received.
b) Career Guidance Online tests at Modern Highschool, 9 th Sept- – The links to the
assessment test is handed over to Modern and Sumati Balwan.
c) Sports RYLA
i) Team had successful meeting with Mr Anvit Phatak of Millenium school who
has shown interest in hosting first Sports RYLA event at their school.
ii) Tentative dates : Dec’24 end or Jan’25 first week (Sat/Sun)
iii) Committee formed with Swati, Girish, Hemant Talathi, Anant Sardeshmukh,
Sanjay Bapat, Pankaj Muley.
iv) Budget of Rs 1,000/- per participant for 75 participants, to be raised via
sponsorship.

a) Next PI Events –Rickshaw hood project to be used for major PI

10) IT Officer:
a) All records are updated as of now.

a) Present status on the yearly bill collection: Only two members are yet to pay
