| Minutes of Meeting | In todays meeting there was a discussion about previous succesful projects.Teachers Day was celebrated succesfully but the discussion focused on the success of the joint project with the Rotary club of Ambernath North for the immersion of POP Ganpati Idols.There was also a discussion about the letter of appreciiiation received by the Rotary club of PEN from the CO of Pen Muncipal Corporation.Everyone shared their opinions on what similar good activites could be undertaken in the future. |

| Minutes of Meeting | 1. Prez Parag called the Meeting to order and requested all to rise for the National Anthem. 2. He then Invited Guest Speaker Dr. Aparna Lalingkar on stage and asked Rtn Vivek Seth to introduce her. 3. Dr Aparna Lalingkar then expressed her views on the main topic with some historical references. The lecture followed a short Q&A session which was well answered by the speaker. 4. Ann Dr Aruna Atre expressed vote of thanks by 5. Prez Parag also welcomed the husband of the speaker guest who is a Canadian. 6. All the engineers in the club were felicitated by Prez Parag with an appreciation certificate for their valuable contribution to the community. 7. | Minutes of Meeting | Minutes of B.O.D. 19th September 2024 Venue:- Bird valley restaurant, Chinchwad 1 The meeting started with warm welcome by president Rtn Harsha Joshi. As secretary was absent IPP Rtn Yatish Bhatt acompany president and treasurer. 2 Discussion on completed and incoming projects. President gave all details regarding all completed projects from July till date and upcoming events as literacy seminar, Zone 2 RYLA hosted by R.C. Chinchwad, Family night on 25th September, picnic on 5th October 2024. IPP Yatish Bhatt gave details of some spots activities like Triathlon, Aapla Pune Marathon. 3 Treasurer report Rtn Bhupendra Ketkar gave all the details of account status, expenses as per activity done by club, balance of trust account and club account. All these expenses sanctioned by BOD and members appreciated efforts taken by treasurer. 4 Treasurer gave detail information about donation given by Rotary members and non rotarians and balance of last years CSR fund in trust account. 5 Treasurer Rtn Bhupendra Ketkar gave details of received amount Rs 768974.00 And expenses Rs 765674.00 at district award ceremony. 6 Treasurer gave detail of donation received Rs 70000.00 and expenses Rs 60750.00 done for visually impaired students. As Talegaon Dabhade club decided to donate white sticks we had surplus amount received from synergy clubs. 7 As there were 3 quotation for toilets for Shikshangram Malavali, we finalized lowest quotation from Anant Drushti 8 As there was request of water purifier and sanitary napkins vending machine from police Mukyalaya Nigdi, after discussion it was decided to give water purifier now with our clubs name on it and we can give sanitary napkins vending machine later. Rtn Sanjay Khanolkar suggested to increase the amount for the projects which president can take decision after discussion of members it was decided that projects till Rs 30000 can be decided by president with prior intimation to BOD members. 9 As there was Synergy project of CSR grant in khadki hospital, Rtn Bhupendra Ketkar took initiative to collect Rs 1 lac from non rotarians for this project and with Rtn Bhupendra Ketkar's efforts we could participate in CSR grant project. 10 We planned our family night on 25th September at RCC Pimpri. we will have felicitation ceremony Of Dr shipagauri Ganpule for receiving National teachers' award. It is sponsored by Rtn Prasad Ganpule. As there was no other points to discuss with vote of thanks BOD concluded. |
