| Minutes of Meeting | Meeting started with review of last week activities by President Sameer & Secretarial announcements/Rotary Information on the logo (wheel) of Rotary by Secretary Milind. President Sameer presented review of completed projects in September & plans for October month for Service Project & Club Admin. He also updated about SAR & District + Magazine Dues payment. Youth Director Rtn Kalesh updated about our club's second RYLA at C R Rangnathan School & Installations of Interact Clubs & Rotaract Club, Membership & IT Director Rtn Asmita informed about Membership Drive on 5th October/Premier show of Phulwanti with starcast on 13th October and addition of new member Mr Bhore in September & appealed all present members to like & share club news on social media, Foundation Director PP Abhhey updated about Foundation donations recently received. Treasurer Viraj updated about Club & Trust balances. Counsellor Pushkaraj informed about adding additional Service Director position in BOD (approved by the attendees by raising hands) & reviewed all the avenues. Then traditional aukshan of Birthday Boys & Girls (PP Anant Tikone & First Lady Elect Vinaya Kulkarni) was done by Ann Meenakshi Deshpande & Rtn Chitra Kulkarni. After this, PP Pushkaraj conducted a short interview of all three of those with some interesting questions through which Rotary Information was described. Vote of thanks was proposed by PE Ajay. All members enjoyed tasty fellowship by Rtn Archana Tatkar. |
