o Fees per member: $5 to be collected from schools or individual members.

4. Launch of Healthier Me:
o Schedule for September 2024. To finalize criteria for a 4-month weight loss program featuring 4 guest lectures from September to December 2024. Promotion planned for August 2024.

5. Synergy Project:
o Distribution of sanitary napkins for girls in 8th to 12th standards at Sanas School & College.
o Proposal to be discussed by Dada Pokale.
o Asmita Tie Up Project Ref by Rc Bibwewadi. Project Cost Rs39K
o Science Innovation Day by Renoewd Jahangir Sheikh Synergy project with Rc Poona North ( Ref by Harbindar Moka
o DRM on 6th Oct at Clarks Inn Host club will be Pimpri Elitte & Lokmanyanagr Cost Rs 7500/-
6. New Project for SRA Schemes:
o To be executed for projects that are completed and handed over to slum residents. Discussion led by PP Ravi Patil.
7. Health Project:
o Dr. Ankit Khanna to arrange a Zoom meeting with 2-3 members for further details.
o Ayuevedic Spine & know Problems Camp suggested by Dr Seema Khaire

8. Host Club for District Events:
Saithya Samelen To be held in Jan 2025 host Club is Heritage.
9. Swar Nagari Old Age Home Proposal:
o CSR project with an approximate grant requirement of 18 lakhs. Members to visit the site to assess needs including adult diaper manufacturing companies.
10. Cycle Donation for Bhor School:
o An appeal letter from RCPL to society members to provide cycles to the Principal and maintain a register of beneficiaries.

o Planned for 9th standard students at Sanas Vidyalay Dhayari by the District Literacy Team.
13. Happy Family Kit:
o 10 kits at 1500 Rupees each, totaling 15,000 Rs, for beneficiaries in Bhor. Participants include non-Rotarian friends and club members.
14. Trust Account Balance:
o Last year's non-Rotarian donations approximately 25,000 Rs available.
