| Minutes of Meeting | DG Shital Shah visited our club on 8th November 2024. AG Meeting with BOD was conducted between 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM. In this meeting all BOD members talked about projects in their respective avenue. Rtn AG Atul Atre expressed his opinion about the club he gathered during AG visit. Later the meeting with all club members was held from 7:00 PM to 8:15 PM. In the same, President Deepak Thite presented all the projects/activities undertaken by club till November 2024. Al lthe planned and upcoming projects/events were also presented during the same. Span of thrust areas covered by club projects are making the club to entitle unser “Playing 11” category of awards outlines by DG Shital Shah. DG Shital Shah was overall happy with the club activities and projects. He appealled all members to donate generously towards APF. |

| Minutes of Meeting | We, Rotarians with 7 focus areas always put forward globally peace and conflict resolution in our strategy. Peace and conflict resolution can be achieved only with counseling with the parties who are at war physically and mentally. It is observed that if are at peace within, we can achieve peace outward also. We can think rationally and optimistically towards all who are struggling to be happy and contented. This was our thought when we decided to give an award to such persons who is trying to spread peace inward and outward both. Rotary club of Pune Pride and Rotary Club of Pune Parvati, together decided to felicitate 2 ladies who are relentlessly working to prevail peace and conflict resolution in the minds and society. Manasi Madhusudan Abhyankar is well known as a Bhagwat Geeta santha teacher. She is very particular about the uccharan and teaches accordingly in India and in the world. Now she has started her own YouTube channel where she has uploaded all 18 Geeta Adhyay with its meaning and perfect pronunciation of all shlok. She also teaches Shree sukta, Purush Sukta, saptashati, etc. In last 20 years she taught more than 500 students off line. We , Rotary Club of Pune Pride are proud to felicitate such a great philanthropist. Sai Barve, a young woman, just went in Kashmir valley for trip with friends and saw work of Aseem foundation and started working for the Indian families who want peace to prevail. She started 11 bakeries in India Pakistan border areas to give work to the ladies. From then made it successful with available resources. When families started earning money with respect by selling apple biscuits then peace started prevail in the minds of civilians of border areas. Hat's off to the work Sai Barve and her team. The award function was at Seva Bhavan, Pune. District Director Gouri Shikarpur and PDG Rashmi Kulkarni, RCPune Pride's President Radha and RC Parvati 's President Vrushali felicitated both Awardees. Total 90 Rotarian and Anns and friends and family members of awardees attended award function |

Fellowship Breakfast The fellowship breakfast began promptly at 8:30 AM, providing an opportunity for members to interact and enjoy the festive Diwali spirit together. 2. Call to Order The formal meeting was called to order by President Rtn. Harsha Joshi at 9:00 AM. 3. National Anthem The meeting began with the National Anthem, sung by all the members present, symbolizing unity and patriotism. 4. Welcome Address President Rtn. Harsha Joshi welcomed all the members and provided a brief overview of the club's activities over the past month and week. He appreciated the efforts of all members who had contributed to the success of the recent events, including the Diwali Pahat celebration. 5. Club Announcements Secretary Rtn. Parag Joshi announced the birthdays and anniversaries of the club members for the month. He also provided important updates related to district projects and upcoming events. 6. Rotary Foundation and Upcoming Projects President Rtn. Harsha Joshi highlighted the upcoming projects the club would be working on in the coming months. He also made a request to the members to contribute towards the Rotary Foundation, emphasizing its importance, especially with the Rotary Foundation Seminar scheduled for next month. 7. Guest Speaker – Rtn. Jeetendra Sharma Rtn. Prasad Ganpule introduced the guest speaker, Rtn. Jeetendra Sharma. Rtn. Sharma shared his valuable experience on the International Magic of Rotary, discussing the different types of fellowships within Rotary. He explained that there are over 100 fellowship programs in Rotary and outlined the benefits of joining these programs, which promote networking, knowledge exchange, and friendship across the globe. He also shared his personal experience of how participating in Rotary fellowships has enriched his professional and personal life. 8. Global Grant Roadmap Rtn. Dr. Shilpagauri Ganpule and Rtn. Prasad Ganpule took the floor to explain the roadmap for the club's upcoming Global Grant project. They outlined how the project will be executed, the sources of funding, and the impact it is expected to create. Their detailed presentation helped clarify the steps involved in securing and implementing the global grant. 9. Appointment of Committee for 2025-26 Board of Directors (BOB) President Rtn. Harsha Joshi announced the formation of a committee to nominate the members for the 2025-26 Board of Directors. The following members were appointed to the committee: • Rtn. Sanjay Khanolkar • Rtn.
