| Minutes of Meeting | परवा रविवारच्या सुट्टीचा मुहूर्त साधून आपल्या क्लबने *कोण होईल महाज्ञानी* ही अंतर-क्लब स्पर्धा आयोजित केली होती.. या स्पर्धेमध्ये रोटरी क्लब ऑफ पुणे शनिवारवाडा, सहवास, युवा, प्राइड, निगडी व सिंहगड रोड या सहा क्लबमधील ज्ञानी रोटेरीयन्सनी भाग घेतला होता ?.. अशा प्रकारच्या स्पर्धेसाठी काठिण्य स्तर कसा असावा आणि ही स्पर्धा यशस्वीरीत्या पार पडावी म्हणून रो. मिलींद बिवलकरने खूप कष्ट घेतले होते.. आजची स्पर्धा अतिशय आव्हानात्मक होती.. हे सहभागी स्पर्धकांकडून समजले .. यात आपल्याच क्लब तर्फे रो. अनिता आणि नेहा यांनी आयत्यावेळी भाग घेतला आणि बक्षीस ही पटकावले.. स्पर्धा जरी अवघड वाटत असली तरी एकुण वातावरण एकदम खेळीमेळीचे होते.. त्यामुळे आजच्या कार्यक्रमाला रंगत आली. या स्पर्धेचा निकाल खालीलप्रमाणे लागला. १). रोटरी क्लब ऑफ पुणे निगडी .जयंत येवले व सोनाली येवले .२). रोटरी क्लब ऑफ पुणे सहवास. अतुल जोशी व राहुल लाळे. ३.)रोटरी क्लब ऑफ पुणे सिंहगड रोड. अनिता पंडित व नेहा चावरे . सर्व विजेत्या संघांचे व टीम मेंबर्सचे खूप खूप अभिनंदन !! |

| Minutes of Meeting | Following BOD members were present for the meeting. 1. Foundation Director Rtn Shyam Ji 2. Membership Director Rtn Sushil Ji 3. Treasurer Rtn Dinesh Ji 4. IPP Rtn Manoj 5. Admin Director Rtn Sagar 6. President Rtn Vivek We had nice fellowship at Rtn Sushil ji house. (We also enjoyed the fellowship of Ann Shakambhari as well as First Lady Ann Sujata) 1. As this is foundation month, Rotarians informed that they will be giving donations to APF 2. Chery Blossom project will be implemented on December 7, 2024, at Prajnanabodhini School, Shirgaon. 3. We are waiting for the paint requirement from Prajnanabodhini School. Once we get the requirement, with the help of District Team, the paint will be provided to school. 4. We should invite District Team who can provide knowledge on Rotary to newly added members. President Vivek to speak with AG and ALF and come up with the schedule for the same. 5. In Lodha, we should have 'Chai Pe Churcha' program to increase our membership count. By June 2025, we are targeting to have our membership count around 25. 6. Updated all about District Conference and Rotarians will be registering for the same. 7. Treasurer Dixit ji updated about the list of members who have paid Rs 10K only (1st half rotary dues) and we are asking all Rotarians to pay balance money by Dec 15, 2024. 8. We also discussed whether to go for Trust V/s Section 8. President Vivek and Treasurer Dinesh ji to get more information from AG as well as other Rotary Clubs and then decide about Section 8 V/s Trust. 9. When Sagar's office is not available, it was decided that we should conduct weekly meetings at Pebble Beach Hall. 10. Rtn Sagar is working on fixing the Rotary Board. Hope that it gets installed as early as possible as this is pending for long time. |
