| Minutes of Meeting | The meeting was held to review the final preparations for the scheduled DG visit. The agenda, schedule, and planning for the visit were discussed. It was decided to organize the program at the Rotary Club of Industrial Town's Community Center in New Panvel, as communicated to the club's president. Budget planning for the event was completed, and Foundation Director Madhukar Naik shared information about the contributions to the Foundation. Rupesh Yadav provided updates on the RCC Charter planning, while Vijay Goregaonkar discussed the preparation of the presentation for the activity report. Treasurer Balkrishna Ambekar gave details on expense planning and the cheques received for the Foundation. It was resolved that the President and Secretary would handle the preparation of banners, invitations, and emails for the event. Members were encouraged to attend the program with their families per the SOP guidelines received from the District. The meeting concluded with secretarial announcements and a vote of thanks. |
