The Chief Guest was invited to the dais at 8:04 PM, and the President welcomed the guests at 8:05 PM, sharing his views at 8:06 PM. Members were felicitated for their achievements at 8:08 PM, and secretarial announcements were made at 8:11 PM. The Chief Guest was introduced at 8:13 PM, followed by a presentation at 8:46 PM. | Minutes of Meeting | Minutes of the Fifth meeting of Board of Directors, Chairpersons, invitees. Date: Thursday, 22nd November, 2024, 7.30 pm on zoom call Following business was transacted in the meeting. 1. President Bharati Dole welcomed all the attendees. President briefed & appreciated all the completed projects. 2. AG visit will be on 23rd December & AGM will be held on 30th December. 3. Minutes of Fourth BOD were proposed for approval by President (in absence of Secretary) & approved by BOD. 4. Treasurer: Rtn Ashok Gadgil 3 members dues are pending. They have agreed to pay club dues. Follow up is ongoing. Expenses vs Actuals to be sent by secretary on BOD email group. Expenses as per budget so far. 5. Club Trainer: Rtn Ujwal Marathe Ujwal suggested to focus on AG visit, AGM & DG visit. He also appreciated President Bharati’s work so far & expressed confidence that rest of the year is going to go well. 6. Strategic Planning: Club Trainer Ujwal underlined the importance of Strategic Committee from the point of view of upcoming AG & DG visit. Minutes of meeting of Strategic Committee meeting held on 25th August will be sent by Chairperson Rtn Alka Kamble in coming week. She will also schedule meeting of Strategic Committee in coming week. 7. Director Club Admin: Rtn Rujuta Desai Attendance is in the range of 40% to 45%. Program Committee: PP Shrikant Bhave: December & January programs were announced. 8. Sanyukta Dani Competition: Ann Shilpa Naik 80 entries have been received so far. Entries have been received from Chennai, US, Australia. Possibility of giving cup/memento/plaque to be evaluated. 9. District Ekankika Competition: Rtn Shirish Kshirsagar Rtn Shirish thanked all members for their cooperation during the competition. Ekankika was appreciated across the board. It was decided to evaluate possibility to adjust extra expenses of Ekankika from Synergy, PI & interest income from trust for 6 months. President, Committee, Treasurer & Chief Trustee will come back on this after doing final calculation. 10. Director Membership: Rtn Sandeep Tapaswi Air Marshal Bhushan Gokhale will be conferred with Honorary Membership on 9th December Follow up is on with Outreach program attendees. 3 people look interested. 11. Director Foundation: Rtn Nitin Naik November is foundation month. Our commitment to district for APF: $ 6700. Commitment from members : $ 5500 Actual received : $ 3900. Follow up is on 12. Director Community Service Medical: Rtn Shobha Rao Cherry Blossom project is planned on 2nd, 3rd, 4th Dec in Muktangan School for 300 students. This will complete our target of 1000. Follow up will come up in Dec & Jan. BP monitors will be given on 27th Nov to Asha workers Vidyawardhini school students were educated on various health aspects. 13. Director Community Service Non-Medical: Rtn Vrinda Walimbe We are sponsoring District Environment project on 28th November. 14. Director Vocational Service: Rtn Aniruddha Inamdar Rahul Kulkarni from Ghe Bharari & Mr. Santosh Oswal will be given vocational award on 2nd December. Vocational visit to Zapoorza will be planned. 15. Director Youth Service: Rtn Alka Kamble All projects will be done after 6th December due to ongoing exams. We will receive bill from RI for Rotaract for 22 rotaractors. Rs.10000 can be used from club budget. Andhashala interact club installation to be scheduled next week. 16. Synergy: Rtn Shirish Kshirsagar Zapoorza visit is being explored with RCPS Sahwas. 17. Anns Committee: Ann Anjali Gadgil Contribution of Rs. 27000 from Late Radhika Arjunwadkar will be used for Doorstep School. Beautician training will be given to Apte School from 2nd Dec onwards. Explore possibility of Ms. Vaidehi Joshi becoming our member. 18. Literacy: Budget of Rs. 3000 was approved for library books for Muktangan school. |
