| Minutes of Meeting | 1. Open Points from Previous Months • RCPN name on display board at Bal Kalyan along side Rotary Clubs of Aundh, Baner, & Sports City Complete • Vivek & Shraddha made good progress on membership dues collection. Still 12 out of 85 members have yet to pay. Vivek & President to call them personally and follow up membership dues • Sridhar gave detailed update on Satellite club dues for HI & H2. To pursue its collection with the help of PDG Ravee & Krishna • Mohan, Suyesh & Deepak had first meeting on PI Discussion Points 1. Treasurer shared his report on dues from members and has made good progress. It was advised that Treasurer should have more granular review with Shardha before BOD on accounts 2. Health ATM finally has been installed at FPI. Its formal inauguration is planned on Dec 17th at 4 PM 3. We will not go for EREY for RY 2024-25. We will not be utilizing fund from The Poona Charitable Trust. We will make our best efforts to collect it from as many members as possible 4. There were serious doubts expressed by few BOD members on Jagruti Nursing credibility, based on prior years’ experience. It was, therefore decided to not proceed with Jagruti Nursing for our Aya training project 5. Zero Waste Model have been established in six educational institutes till date, two more will be done in this week, by 14thDec. Once Modern College work is done, we will plan inauguration for the same. 6. Inauguration visit at Sayajinath vidyalaya planned, clubbed with Alandi temple visit on 13th Dec. Discussions with school management over the breakfast planned. Nominal cost of breakfast to be taken care from RCPN club budget.( Approx budget Rs 5000/-) 7. Reduce, Reuse, recycle drive planned with RCPN and PMC collaboration, across residential society. The clothes, toys and books collected during this drive to be donated by RCPN by conducting separate donation drive. Provision of Rs 10,000/- one-time cost to be made for arranging collection bins and promotional materials. We should be able to get about 7 bins in this amount & they will have RCPN logo. Storage on bins shall be done at PMC premises 8. For forming one Interact club, Rtn Preeti need to identify one person who will be responsible for following up the Interact sessions consistently for next three years. 9. Rtn Milind Inamdar is interested to be RCPN member from 1st January 2025. BOD have approved Point no 5-9. 10. Rtn. Surendra Agarwal updated on Foundation donation. In H1, against a target of $5000, collection has been $4750. For H2, major donors shall be targeted. 11. Rtn, Srinivasan updated on Cow donation project. It is going as per plan. Planning for a visit to a village on Dec 22nd 12. Rtn. Ashok Kamdar has submitted his resignation. Sridhar tried to persuade him, but Ashok Kamdar has decided to continue with his decision Resignation accepted by BOD Update from Rtn Deepti on Innovision to be driven this year: Considering the limited budget availability with no external funding, it will be decided to invite around 200 College students from last time winners and conduct one day session. The selected projects from this to be guided for Startup initiative Cdr. Girish & Deepak Takkar proposed vote of thanks to Rtn.
