| Minutes of Meeting | Minutes of Meeting - 05-Jan-2025 Following Rotarians were present for the meeting 1 Shyam ji 2 Sushil ji 3 Dinesh ji 4 Vivek 5 Snehal 6 Sagar 7 Nipun 8 AG Ravindra ji 9 ALF Dileep ji Meeting started with National Anthem. President Vivek gave the overview of last 2 quarters (July to Sept and Oct to Dec) regarding various projects done, district events attended etc. Also updated about various projects to be completed in Jan 2025 to June 2025. Membership Director Sushil ji updated about the membership growth. We must invite friends in and around Lodha for the weekly meetings / breakfast meetings etc. so that they can become Rotarian. Foundation Director Shyam ji updated about giving 100 $ each from all Rotarians to Foundation. Discussion took place regarding whether to form Trust or Section 8. Finally, it was decided that we will form Section 8 with name as 'Rotary Club of Belmondo Charitable Trust'. Dinesh ji along with Vivek will work on the same and plan is to make it active by 15 Feb 2025 It was also decided to go for Rotary Picnic. Rtn Laximiprasad has already sent voting informaiton on group whatsapp. Planned date is 9th Feb, 2025. Vivek to send an email to Rotary Delhi office to confirm the name of Section 8 'Rotary Club of Belmondo Charitable Trust' All Rotarians should register for District Conference (1st and 2nd Feb 2025). Till date 6 Rotarians are already registered for the same. AG Ravindra ji informed that each month you should conduct 1 BOD. Also insisted on forming one RCC (members of same profession) as early as possible. ALF Dileep ji updated that he would arrange one program for new Rotarians after District Conference is over. Meeting ended successfully, followed by Tasty Fellowship hosted by First Lady Ann Sujata. |

| Minutes of Meeting | Ghar is an NGO adapted by RCPN. On Jan 5th, RCPN donated Rs 1,75,000/- to Ghar. We collaborated with music group' Tapping Feet' and conducted a Bollywood songs program. Girls too performed and also danced with the songs. This program was very well appreciated by Board members of Ghar |
