| Minutes of Meeting | President Brig PKM Raja called the meeting to order and extended a warm welcome to all Rotarians and Anns . He updated everyone about the ongoing projects and events. We also conveyed birthday wishes to Rtn. Pradeep Dharane (Feb 1), R’Ann Smita Pingale (Feb 2), R’Ann Komal Shah (Feb 6), and Rtn. Darshan Rathod (Feb 7). Additionally, heartfelt anniversary greetings were extended to Rtn. Darshan & R’Ann Urmi Rathod (Feb 2), Rtn. Pankaj & R’Ann Neelam Mehrotra (Feb 4), Rtn. Dr. Gururaj & R’Ann Dr. Sadhana Lachyan (Feb 5), Rtn. Akshay & R’Ann Uma Kejriwal (Feb 7), and Rtn. Dr. Ramesh & R’Ann Shubh Sachdeva (Feb 7). The highlight of the evening was the unique and thought-provoking "Think Outside the Box" session, conducted by R’Ann Sonia Rajore and her talented students. This engaging activity put our cognitive skills to the test with eight challenging worksheets, designed similarly to the problem-solving exercises given to children in modern schools. What started as a fun test soon had every member deep in thought, grappling with the simple yet tricky questions. The room was abuzz with excitement, laughter, and intense discussions, as teams worked collaboratively to crack the puzzles. In the end, one group emerged victorious, proving that sometimes, thinking outside the box truly pays off! The evening concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks by President Rtn. Brig. PKM Raja, followed by the much-awaited post-meeting fellowship, where Rotarians and Anns continued their spirited discussions over refreshments. The club also successfully collected INR 2300 for the ‘End Polio’ fund, reinforcing our unwavering commitment to community service. |
