| Minutes of Meeting | Attendees : Amita, Amit, Rajas, Vaidehi, Anjali, Mukund, Shilpa, Madhavi M, Mohan, Prerana and Uday. 1.The President started the meeting with following updates and congratulating members who achieved something special in month of Jan. She also talked about the upcoming events and projects. 2. Minutes of the last meeting were approved. Proposed by Prerana and seconded by Mukund. 3. Rajas gave the secretarial updates regarding the upcoming AG visit and the change request. 4. Amit Apte gave clarification to the questions on the report he had already sent. 5. Vaidehi had updates on the upcoming programs and request for the BOD members to keep calling people to increase the attendance. She also congratulated the members of the Admin committee who did good work. 6. PP Anjali gave the updates on the Projects work both happening and those coming up. She requested that people be present in large numbers for the upcoming Vocational Excellence Award. 7. Shilpa gave the membership updates on the upcoming induction of new members. 8. Madhavi Mehendale talked about the events and projects coming up in youth Avenue. 9 Prerana said that she is in touch with the members who have not logged on to the RI site and asking them to to do the same. 10. Anna Uday briefed about the upcoming bulletins and which issues would be printed. 11. The meeting concluded after vote of thanks by Rajas. |

| Minutes of Meeting | .Meeting started with review of last week activities by President Sameer & Secretarial announcements by Secretary Milind. Following felicitations were done: PP Dhananjay Hirwe – Got opportunity to share experiences as old member in ‘Constro-25’, Annet Mayuresh Raut was interviewed on NDTV channel on union budget, Rtn Uday Thatte – contributed in book cover idea and painting on cover of book “Jave tya Desha” written by Mandar Wadekar and book was published at the hands of writer Shefali Vaidya. Chief Guest Mrs Swati Gokhale was introduced by President Sameer. Mrs Swati explained the significance of Agnihotra, benefits of the same and also demonstrated live the Agnihotra process which is supposed to be performed at exact sunrise or sunset time. She also answered queries by the audience about the same. Vote of thanks was proposed by PP Nitin Naik. All members enjoyed tasty fellowship by Rtn Mahadev & Shobha Talekar. |

Office bearers of Interact club of Shri ASA Ashram shala, Wakdi welcomes the roterians & guests of the meeting Club President Rtn. Vijay Goregaonkar expressed his thoughts about RYLA and cycle donation & purpose of meeting etc. Chief Guest Rtn. Sunil Kurup (Director- IT/Website Dist 3131)) and Rtn. Reshma Kurup motivated the students with inspiring talks. Five bicycles and one Gym cycle donated by club to school's cycle bank and handed over to Principal & student. Principal of Higher secondary section, Mrs. Kranti Patil expressed her gratitude for club"s initiatives for the school. Treasurer of Interact club Master Nirguda gave the vote of thanks. Meeting adjourned after secretarial announcement. |
