| Minutes of Meeting | On February 9, 2025, we had our 1st Family Picnic at River Paradise Report. All the Rotarians / Anns / Annet and Non-Rotarian friends enjoyed the full day picnic from 9.30 am to 5.30 pm. There were several Adventure Rides which we all enjoyed a lot. We enjoyed the indoor activities like Carrom, TT, Chess etc. Few Rotarians / Family enjoyed the Rain Dance / Swimming etc. After lunch we enjoyed the music / dance etc. The venue was excellent but to hot weather, we all decided to enjoy indoor activities after lunch and we all enjoyed the adventure rides before lunch. The menu for breakfast, lunch as well as high tea was 100% veg which we all enjoyed alot. By the time we left the resort with lots of memory, it was around 5.45 pm. We reached Lodha by 8.30 pm. All the Rotarians / Anns / Annet and Non-Rotarian Friends enjoyed out 1st Rotary Family Picnic. Couple of Non-Rotarian friends may join our club in due course. |

| Minutes of Meeting | The Rotary Club of Panvel Mahanagar organized a vocational visit to a large flower, fruits, and vegetables exhibition in Mumbai. Members and kids gained valuable knowledge about flowers, plantation techniques, and various plant species through interactive sessions and training. Post-event, the group visited Ranibaug Zoo and the Gateway of India, making it a memorable and educational day. Special thanks were extended to the *Friends of Trees* organization for the invitation and Rotarian Sakina Gadiwala for arranging a botany professor who provided in-depth insights about plants. It was a day filled with learning, joy, and camaraderie. |
