Introductory Remarks by President Rtn Harsha Joshi President Rtn Harsha Joshi welcomed all members and expressed gratitude for their presence. He briefly highlighted the progress of ongoing projects and the club’s role in community service, emphasising the importance of participation and collaboration. Secretarial Announcements Secretary Rtn Parag Joshi provided a series of announcements, including updates on upcoming events and projects. He shared details about the upcoming visit of the Assistant Governor (AG) and District Governor (DG) to the club, and urged members to prepare for the events. The members were reminded to register for the upcoming community service activities and ensure participation. Felicitation of Rtn Sachin Wadbudhe President Rtn Harsha Joshi felicitated Rtn Sachin Wadbudhe for his outstanding contributions to the club’s service activities. A certificate of appreciation and a small token of thanks were presented to Rtn Sachin Wadbudhe, who expressed his gratitude to the club for its continuous support. Discussion Regarding the AG Visit and DG Visit The visit of the Assistant Governor (AG) and District Governor (DG) was discussed in detail. It was agreed that a comprehensive plan would be formulated to ensure that both visits were memorable and meaningful. Members were encouraged to actively participate in the meetings and events held during the visits. Discussion Regarding the Eye Rally of the DEI Team of RID 3131 Rtn Prasad Ganpule provided a detailed update on the upcoming Eye Rally organised by the DEI Team of RID 3131. The rally aims to raise awareness about eye health and the importance of regular eye check-ups. Members were encouraged to attend the rally and support the initiative. It was decided that the club would contribute to promoting the event and participate in its execution. Vote of Thanks by Rtn Parag Joshi Secretary Rtn Parag Joshi delivered the vote of thanks, expressing his appreciation to all members for their attendance and contributions to the meeting.
