Punarutthan Samarsata Gurukulam is an orphanage for deprived children located in Pimpri Chinchwad Pune. The resident children are mainly of convicts, sex workers or disowned and abandoned. "Gurukulam" finctions as a school in the day time and a boarding for the children at night. A flag-hoisting program was conducted in the school on 15th August i.e. Independence Day. Dry snack packets and sweaters (6 number ) were distributed to 350 children. The program was attended by twelve Rotarian.
