RYLA changing lives 30 days of planning and 3 days of ENERGY,ENTHUSIASM and EXCITEMENT is what describes the electrifying All Girls RYLA conducted by RCP Katraj. The 3-day RYLA organized at Rani Laxmibai Mulinchi Sainiki Shala (RLMSS) for 450 girl cadets continues to inspire these young leaders and budding military officers. While delivering his speech on the opening ceremony, chief guest Rtn. Pradip Bagul District Chairman-RYLA , assured the participants that “these 3 days would be the best 3 days of their life.” Over a period of 3 days, the activities just got better, which included lectures on different topics like Leadership, Time Management, Building self confidence, Career counseling, etc. DGE Rtn.Shailesh Palekar also conducted a fantastic interactive session on Effective Communication The activities on all the 3 days saw the RYLArians completely snap-in to the “RYLA mode” and enjoying the team building games, while bringing out the best creativity within them. The closing ceremony saw awards being distributed to the RYLArians at the hands of Chief guest DGN Rtn. Ravee Dhotre. Club members from RCP Katraj also attended the RYLA in large numbers to see how the candidates were getting on. “It seems nearly impossible for me to express all the emotions and feelings I experienced at RYLA. All I know is that it changed me as a person and developed me as a leader” said Sharwari Joshi, one of the RYLArian.
