CARE India medical society works for poor cancer patients free of cost mainly in palliative care and has hospital in name of "Vishranti " and diagnostic center in name of "Matruseva". Detailed study of institute and their beneficiaries was done to understand their authenticity and exact need. Proper negotiations and vendor evaluations were done while procuring the equipment
