MEDICAL HEALTH CHECK UP CAMP for villagers and construction workers was jointly organized by Rotary Club of Pune Parvati and Bharati Vidyapeeth, Dept of Community Medicine under guidance of Dr.Mrs. Aparna Joshi. This camp was arranged at Bharti Vidyapeeth’s Lavale health centre on 23rd Aug 2012 This health centre is situated at 15 kms form Pune having all facilities like general health check up and treatment of eye , orthopedic, serious injury, diseases and gynac. About 60 needy patients took benefit of this check up and treatment camp. Nature of illness included headache, dycentry, dehydration, body pains, cold and cough etc. Medical social workers, sanitary inspectors of the department of community medicine and interns posted in the same department helped in this programme.
