Rotary club of Poona Downtown and R C Darbhanga added another feather to their caps, probably a very different one in Eastern India as total 108 Patients with Below elbow amputation were implanted Artificial Hand. Total Pre Registration was 160, out of which 15 Patients were requested to come after few months for Jaipur artificial limbs as their below elbow stump was less than 2 inches, 37 patients didn't turn up, After fitting LN 4 hand Patient started writing, tooth brushing, painting, holding up bag, driving scooter etc, all of them were very happy. All patients were provided Mug, Pen and Lunch. This project was inaugurated at Adarsh Madhya Vidiyalaya by Sri Madan Sahani, Food and consumers Minister, Govt of Bihar, MLA Sanjay Sarawagi, DGN Rtn Gopal Khemka. All of them appreciated this project. President of R C Darbhanga promised the crowd that this type of camp will be regularly organized by R C Darbhanga. Apart from Members of R C Darbhanga and RCPD, 16 Rotaractor of Rotaract club of Sarjug Dental College were also present.
