on 15 th July,Sunday, did plantation of Glaricidia, reson behind doing plantation of Glaricidia was -- - it's nitrogen fixer, hence leaves act as good manure to other plants - it's very robust, has high survival rate - very fast growing - Leaves can be used as cattle feed - grows from stumps, no need of nursery - flowers are used to repel rats hence it is also known as "Undirmaar. We cut stumps from Glaricidia Trees, we dug holes in land for plantation & then plant stumps. total 25 Rotarians, Anns, & Annets took part in this service project..T.otal 65 plants planted. project place Serene Eco Village, Velha
