3000 saplings were planted with miyawaki technique in which jungle grows five times faster , this technique is developed by Akiraa Miyawak , to cover barren hills in dense forest with native species of plants. it is a five layered plantation method where tall trees, shrubs, grass and climbers are planted in the same patch . it was a synergy project with 10 clubs , six hundred volunteers participated in this project patner clubs in this project were, Rotary club of Pune Sinhagad Road, Rotary club of Pune Sarasbaug, Rotary club of Pune Shanirwada, Rotary club of Pune Banner, Rotary club of Pune Pashan , Shayadhri,Rotary club of Pune ShivajiNagar, Rotary club of Pune Kothrud, Rotary club of Pune Sahyadri. Non Rotary Patners were NSS. Team, Ncc Cadets and Team, Students of Vincent School Nos. 50, Techers of Vincent School,PMC Officals, Forest Department, & Corporators From the Vicinity .
