It is said that cleanliness starts at home. Based on that thought, Rotary Club of Panvel Elite undertook an online project by recording, producing and promoting video on how to convert kitchen waste to compost. Rtn. Suniti Dixit from Rotary Club of Panvel Elite laid out a step by step detailed procedure of how to convert kitchen waste into compost manure at home on 8th February 2018. While decomposition of waste is a good practice, recycling and reusing the waste in order to help the environment is an even better practice. Having said that, this video was extremely well received as it was watched by more than 1000 people without any paid promotions. This video was aimed at adding value to the society which resulted in a tremendous and positive Public image of Rotary. Some of the viewers requested to release more of similar such videos and we plan to do so in future.
