Rotary District 3131 organised a mega Organ donation drive on the 9th of August, 2018. The District urged organ donors to come forward and register themselves for organ donation. The drive ebcame very successful and also won the district a rare honour of entering the Guinness Book of World records for registering the maximum number of organ donors in a single day. Our Club was a participant in the campaign and 75 people from our club; i.e. relatives and friends of our members registered in this drive for organ donation. On the same day, there was a music program that was specially held for creating awareness about the idea of organ donation. The program was called as 'Çhandan sa badan'. The program was presented by the members of District 3131 at the Yashwant Rao Chavan Auditorium in Pune. Our Club RCPG donated Rs. 7000 towards the program.
