Under WinS project RC Patalganga conducted survey of various school in Raigad district and came up with a scholl that has more than 1200 students but do not have any Hand wash unit station. We provided 24 tap wash basin unit to the school at chowk. 2 years back we had constructed toilet block for boys and girls in the same school.. The wash station unit was installed and handed over to school in presence of District WinS Director Rtn. mukesh supnekar. The school authorities and students were were happy to receive this unit where 24 students can wash hands at one time. Separate lecture was organised for students on method of Hand wash and its importance. School authorities assured to take care and maintenance of the unit which will be monitored by us on regular basis.
