The men of RCPL started the cooking at 7.30 pm. Some had brought semi prepared food items while others were started from basic ingredients. It was quite a site to see busy men folk in aprons, concentrating on dishing out recipes for us to savor. The ladies were treated to delicious potato fries, chutneys, salad, potato vegetable, dahiwada, kadi, pithla, dal baati, bhakris, rice, chicken and fish. There was Jamun juice as a welcome drink. All in all it was wonderful evening with excellent food.
