e Project Providing Ophthalmic Equipment will prove to be a boom to the community who have no access to advanced eye care facility and cannot afford such kind of facility outside. Since our community have very limited access to basic eye care facilities so this project will provide them advance access to eye care in an affordable way. This project will benefit the community of almost 8 districts with population of 25 lakhs. As of now they have to travel almost 300 km distance for a screening test for Glaucoma patient. Under this project we have proposed to procure OCT to screen, diagnose and treat the patients suffering from Diabetic Retinopathy and Glaucoma. The equipment Plus Optic will be very useful for taking exact refraction without touching the eyes of the children from the age of 2 months to 10 years who do not cooperate during refraction. As we know majority of population has uncorrected refractive error which leads to blurring of vision. The Autorefractometer equipment will give exact refraction of the patient and thus help optometrist / Vision Technician to prescribe exact glasses so that patient will have clear vision. With the procurement of below mentioned equipments we would be in a position to provide best possible treatment to the patients suffering from retinal diseases and kids who are visually impaire
