Maldungi village is an adivasi village in the remote area around Panvel taluka and at the foot hills of Bhimashankar. The 9th and 10th standard students face problems there due to lack of proper school books and most cannot afford the same either. Rotary Club of Panvel distributed school books to around 30 kids of standard 9th and 10th at karnala charitable trust’s Adivasi school, Maldungi, Panvel Taluka on 10.07.2013. Sweets were distributed to all the school kids i.e. about 80 kids.
