(Personnel Management) from Pune University. • He is currently working with Pune Police as psychologist in the selection of QRT Team. He is the Panel Member of Psychometric Panel for entrance exam of MBA at Symbiosis. He was a Lecturer for Deputy Superintendent of Jail Police, at Jail Police Training Institute Yerawada. He was a lecturer at Multiple reputed colleges and institutions.
