A blood donation camp was held at Sacred Heart Town Clubhouse on July 7, 2013, in association with Rotary Clubs of Pune East, Pune Horizon, Poona Airport and Inner Wheel Club of Poona Downtown. As always, Rotarians & spouses from our club were present in large numbers. Some of them visited nearby places like McDonalds, KFC and Solaris Fitness Club with posters and placards and encouraged people present there to participate in the noble cause. As a result a large number of young generation turned up and were responsible for the collection of 36 units of blood. Another group was busy helping the donors and the medical team. The donors were served refreshments after the blood donation. President Biman Mookerji, with First Lady Manju, IPP Ravikumar, Secretary Anil Latey, Rtns Pinky Mehmi, Pundalik Kudva, Harcharan Singh, Oni Kakajiwala, Indrani Chaudhuri and R’anns Nafisa, Poroochi, Vidya, Amita & Pammi were present and helped in making the drive a success.
