Menstrual hygiene is an integral part of ensuring better sanitation in rural villages. Menstrual hygiene management helps woman and girls manage their periods in a healthy and hygienic way. As a part of our happy village project, Rotary Club of Panvel Elite organized a menstrual hygiene awareness lecture at Government Ashram School, Warawne on 24th November, 2019. The lecture was delivered by Rtn. Dr. Swati Likhite. She spoke at length about menstrual hygiene to a gathering of 150 girls. Sanitary pads were also distributed to the girls
