Fall and subsequent fracture is a nightmare for senior citizens. Instead of thinking about what to do after such an episode, it is advisable to work on preventing such fall and fracture. With this view, RC Pune South has developed a comprehensive Fall Prevention Programme in association with Lokmanya Hospital. This involves reasons that lead to fall and changes that need to be made in once own habit and the surroundings to prevent such falls. First such program was conducted at Bharati Niwas Colony Hall.
