We are constructing toilets in 2 schools in Mahur & Rise village near Saswad, Maharatstra, India. Aim is to improve sanitary and Hygienic conditions thereby improving attendance in schools. This is a pilot project to streamline working with Partner NGO SEWA International. Based on success of this project and streamlined processes for co-working, we propose to take up more projects contributing to health & hygiene of the students and improved attendance in school leading to better education. Both schools have approximately 250 students from grade five to Ten. The attendance of girl students is poor due to poor and unsafe toilet facility.
