Savak Masani Elocution Competition for INTERACTORS The aim was to inculcate confidence and ability for Public Speaking. There were two groups:- Junior Group consisting of students from 6 th and 7 th standards Senior Group consisting of students from 8 th and 9 th standards Subject for Junior Group was “Save the Planet for a Better Tomorrow” Subject for the Senior Group was “How Social Media has Impacted Our Lives” The Elocution Competition had 22 entries from various schools of Pune and was keenly contested. There were close to one hundred spectators which consisted of parents, principals and teachers. It was a delight to see the confidence and the command that these youngsters had over the English language.
