Child development refers to the changes that occur as a child grows and develops in relation to being physically healthy, mentally alert, emotionally sound, socially competent and ready to learn. Information technology based devices offer a perfect combination of audiovisual learning experiences and interactive learning experiences. Technology offers stimulating; interactive learning tools. Teachers can use such devices to enhance classroom instruction and to give learning experience which are difficult to organize in classroom due to different constants.
