Nilima Dongare *********** Online Certificate Course to learn skills for Smart online Teaching, using useful digital / IT tools. - An innovative & apt project by Rotary District 3131 - Literacy Committee  for Teachers. The unprecedented Covid-19 situation has brought with it a sudden change in the world of education affecting the teacher-student ensemble.  To cope up well with the enforced online teaching, a training program is arranged which will equip teachers with 15 important Digital / IT skills essential for smart online teaching. It is a completely FREE program, without any human intervention and will be implemented through WhatsApp groups of teachers. Short videos of Digital / IT skills,  explained in simple marathi and english language, will be shared with the teachers through specially created WhatsApp groups. Teachers can view and understand those videos at their convenience, anytime during the day.  On subsequent day, along with videos of new skills, a video of answers on previous day's questions will also be shared. This process will be repeated for total 5 days. Learning 3 new skills everyday, will help teachers to learn total 15 skills in 5 days. These videos will be based on Digial / IT skills such as how to connect mobile hotspot,  how to create a video from power point presentation,  how to use snipping tool etc. At the end of the Program, Teachers will get certificate after appearing for an online test on the  seventh day. This program is brought to you by Rotary District 3131 - Literacy Team, who are going to organise and manage this program with the help of different Rotary Clubs. This online course will start from Friday,10th August 2020 , and will end on Tuesday, 16th August, 2020, after issueing the certificate.
