FUND RAISING PROGRAMME ON 22.10.2014 i) Name of the Projects and avenue of work: Fund Raising Programme – 22nd Oct. 2014 at 5:00 am to 11.Am (Venue –HOC Officers Club Rasranga Hall Rasayani. ii) Need Assessment: To Execute various projects funds are required. We have limitations to spent from own pocket. iii) Beneficiaries: Cont will be utilized in Rotary Thrust area & Needy community in our area. iv) Number of Rotarians participated and involved: 40 Rotarians, 39 Anns & 22 Annets v) Other participant institutions (A private singers group from Bhayender Mumbai Named Swar Gandha vi) Cost of the Projects and resources engaged: 160000.00/- This programme was on Chargeable basis each Rotarian contribute Rs. 1000.00 ,Rs.300.00 each for community sold 475 Tickets & Big part was from Advertisement it was about 1.75 Lakhs. vii) Sustainability: Profit & our existing balance from trust account a sizable amount will be utilized for Good project. viii) Enhancement of Public Image and publicity in Community: Publicity with the of Posters, Banners and Advertisements in local news papers, Face book, what’s app, Sending circulars. IX) Total Profit after deducting expenses. Rs. 275000.00 Note. First time in our area my club gets profit.
