Pune Parvati did a project, which was carried out jointly with Janashikshan Sansthan (Pune) and Yardi Software; in the slums of Pune. The Event : Location – Ambedkar Nagar (Market yard), Saibaba wasahat (Parvati Darshan), Dias Plot (MarketYard) and Papal Wasti (Bibwewadi) Pune. A total of 87 needy women from poor families were given the training from 12 Jan to 20 Jan 2021, of making Agarbatti, Perfumes and Soap. The training was imparted by Janashikshan Sansthan, who also arranged to issue Government recognized certificates. While the beneficiaries were identified by Yardi Software, the training expenses were paid for by the Rotary Club of Pune Parvati.
