The Club conducted a valuable E-Ryla, a Rotary Youth Leadership Awards program via virtual channel Zoom. The program was thus, an E-Ryla program. The program was organized by Secretary Rtn. Vaishali Zumbre and New Generation Director, Rtn. Neeta Sulakhe. The program was attended by Pres. Rtn. Rajesh Joshi and many others. Discourses and lectures were organized. Eminent speakers gave valuable insights into personal development topics like Communication skills, Interview Techniques and success stories of young entrepreneurs. The speakers at the program were Amrut Deshmukh - Seven Habits of Effective readers, Rtn. Diwakaran Pillai - Communication skills, Rtn. Surhuda Kulkarni - Importance of Interview Techniques and Group Discussion.
