Sassoon and Naidu hospitals in Pune are at the forefront of treating COVID-19 infected patients and their existing facilities are falling short of necessary equipment and supplies. Total Funding for the grant was USD 98,550 including two Directed gifts of USD 30,000 each from Rtn Anil Goel - RC Poona Downtown and Rtn Neeru Goel - RC Riverside. The other partners were RC Bavdhan Elite and RC Pakenham, Australia District 9820. DDF from our District 3131 DDF was USD 12,500 and District 9820 USD 4,000.   Under this Grant, we provided the two hospitals with 15 multi-para patient monitors, 1 UV sterilisation tower, Bipap ventilation accessories, 20 Infusion pumps, 1 ABG Analyser with 14400 test sets, OT table and Lights, 1 Defibrillator, 10,000 Corona testing kits, 4000 PPE kits and 22000 masks. All the equipment has been delivered and put to use by the hospitals. The ABG Analyser test kits supply shall continue over the next few months based on consumption.
