The Vocational Excellence Award for this year was given to three eminent persons from society. One of them is, Smt. Smita Ghaisas, chairperson and MD of Suyash Charitable Trust. She is also an entrepreneur and is Chairperson and MD of Minilec Industries. She has worked for the betterment and uplift of tribals in six states including, Maharashtra, Telangana, Karnataka, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, and Assam. The award recognizes her contribution to the development and towards agricultural development.
