Interact Club of Sunderji’s completed their second project, which was a tree plantation drive at Anand Van Forest Reserve. A total of 36 saplings were planted. President Asis Ray Rtn’s. Yezdi, Masarrat, Pervin, Aashima and Ann’s Poroochi and Urmila were present to encourage and support the children. Sunderji’s Interact Club took an initiative to save our precious environment this October as their project. Theme of the project was “Tree Plantation Drive”. In this Noble cause, Anand Van Reserve Forest supported us in providing land as well as saplings. Anand Van Mitra Mandal is a public charitable trust based at Pune. The event was scheduled on 9th October, Saturday, early morning. All the interactors reached on time along with Principal, facilitators, and a few parents to contribute and participate in this green initiative.Children understood the importance of trees for us. Trees ensure the supply of oxygen for next generations and provide us with various resources. Without trees, the existence of human life, as well as other species on earth, is impossible. Mr. Asis Ray , President, Rotary Club of Poona Downtown along with other club members also reached Anand Van to encourage our children.
