Steps to be followed for rescue of a person who suffers sudden cardiac arrest were explained in the session of one hour. Such emergency incidences may occur at our workplaces, during travel, picnics etc. where doctors might not be available immediately. Hence to help the person survive until he gets some medical help is essential. Thus we had organised an expert speaker who taught us what is to be done in such incidences.
