to provide four (4) fixed voltage electro-chemotherapy devices to four cancer treatment centers in the cities of Pune, Kolhapur and Miraj, Maharashtra, India, to be implemented by the Rotary Club of Pune Pride and the Rotary Club of Lake Nona Lunch. On 25, March 2022, Friday an advance Cancer treatment facility donated by Rotary Club of Pune Pride and Rotary Club of Lake Nona Lunch- USA was inaugurated by Immediate Past District Governer Rashmi Kulkarni from RID3131. These facilities were installed at Integrated Cancer and Treatment Centre Wagholi (ICC) and Surya Sahyadri Hospital, Pune. Permios Electro Chemotherapy is an advance treatment system for head and neck cancer and other superficial tumours. Dr Sushrut Sardeshmukh and Dr Vinita Deshmukh of ICC were present on the occasion. Dr Vinod Gore , Oncologist, Dr Jaisingh Shinde , Director Surya Sahyadri and Dr Ketan Apte of Sahyadri Specialty Hospitals graced the occasion. This treatment facility is donated through CSR donations from Mr Shyam Gyanani of Trident International P Ltd . Mr and Mrs Gyanani were also present on the occasion along with Rotary Pune Pride President Dr Ashwini Ganapule, Secretary Sudhir Bapat and Project Chairman Atul Parchure. Many Rotarians, Doctors witnessed this event .Rotary Club of Pune Pride appeals to the needy Cancer patients to avail this facility made available at affordable rates at both the Cancer treatment centres.
