COVID-19 pandemic dealt a blow to the stage artists as well as the back stage workers and support staff. With no commercial performances for nearly 2 years the income of theaters and the back stage staff dwindled to near zero. RID-3131 has been hosting their annual one act play competition at Bharat Natya Mandir for last so many years. So to acknowledge the efforts of the support staff and help them a synergy vocational excellence project was organized jointly by RC Pune Pashan, Metro and University clubs.
