The Swaymsidhha Project : The Pune court identifies the destitute women, who are divorced and need monthly income to self sustain. We RCPGB run a counselling session and then provide them with training necessary for earning their livelihood. As part of this project, the court identified 15 to 20 women requiring skill training and RCPGB executed a 15 days training for them in candle, soap, dish washer, floor cleaner making. Motivational sessions and entrepreneur development training was also arranged during practical workshop. The training was conducted at rented hall. The products from workshop were purchased and the women were provided basic seed money to start their own business.
