Daughters were trained with the help of videos in domestic sexual abuse, social media bullying, nutrition, self defense and self confidence, menstrual hygiene and misconceptions. Along with this training, they were given sanitary pads, multivitamin tablets, pepper sprays and Asmita handbooks.
