It's a GG project by Riverside club. The idea is to stop burning of leaves and tyres by night Watchmen in societies and prevent air pollution. So we distribute blanket ponchos to keep them warm in winter and make them take an oath that they will not burn stuff and pollute the air after they receive the blanket.
