We were working on transgenders upliftment since June 2021, First lady Rtn Nisha Patil was in continuos talk with the group of transgenders, PP Rtn Tina Rattra had taken initiative to convince and arrange the recruitment at Corporate level, This was discussed in presence of District Director Rtn Vaishali Bhagwat, after working since last six months finally we could able to recruit four Transgenders in Western Union a multinational Company.
