In order to promote eco-friendly practices among the manufacturing industries in SME sector, who are practicing green methodologies in their process and around factory, we RCPGB surveyed around 80 factories out of 300+ applications received. The Best 5, amongst them were felicitated with the GREEN FACTORY AWARD. The project was supported by Directorate of Industries, Maharashtra and MCCIA. This being first year and the responses we have received, the project will be continued for years to come, generating awareness among industries and appreciating the industries working towards common goal of environment improvement, protection.
